Our Leadership & Management suite of qualifications will enable you to develop the skills, knowledge and personal abilities you need to succeed. They offer a progression from Level 3 to Level 5, targeting individuals at different managerial stages.
Each level caters to different managerial roles, progressively advancing skills and responsibilities.
Level 3 - ILM Diploma in Management
This qualification is aimed at practicing first line managers.
These individuals may still engage in some of the tasks performed by their fellow team members but generally they will be more involved in managerial tasks.
Candidates should have the ability and the opportunity to demonstrate recognisable management and leadership skills, for example, providing leadership, allocating work, managing performance and communicating with a team.

Level 4 - ILM Diploma in Management
This qualification is made up of competency-based assessments & the technical certificate which is why you are invited to attend these workshops.
This qualification is aimed at Managers, Middle Managers and Senior Managers. Candidates operating at Level 4 play an integral role in setting and supporting organisational objectives through a wide range of functions.
These could include: providing leadership and management, developing and implementing operational plans and developing working relationships with stakeholders.

Level 5 - ILM Diploma in Management
This qualification is made up of competency-based assessments & the technical certificate which is why you are invited to attend these workshops.

The qualification aims to help you develop your essential leadership skills, manage strategic change and design business processes to maximise organisational effectiveness.

Support Sessions
When you attend each workshop, you will be given a date for the submission of your assignments, once this date has passed the expectation is then for you, the learner to request an extension if the assignment has not been submitted.
Depending on the circumstances an extension may be granted.
If at any time, you feel that you require additional support with the assignment, you will be given the opportunity to book onto one of our VRQ support sessions.
These take place remotely & face to face and during these support sessions you will be given the opportunity to ask questions and confirm your understanding of what is required for a pass.
