Level 3 - City & Guilds Diploma in Customer Services
The Diploma in Customer Services Level 3 apprenticeship covers many key aspects of Customer Service in the workplace.
With a focus on developing and practicing the skills required in employment. Learners may have progressed from a Diploma in Customer Services Level 2.
