Principles of Providing Administrative Services

Learners will take part in activities to support in their knowledge of:

  • organisations, administration of meetings

  •  how to organise travel and accommodation

  • manage a diary system

  • use office equipment

  • demonstrate understanding of a customer service environment.

 

Learners will then complete a multiple-choice test regarding

these subjects at one of ACT’s centres.

Principles of Business Documents

Learners will take part in activities to support in their knowledge of:

  • how to prepare and distribute business documents

  • how information is managed in a business environment.

 

Learners will then complete a multiple choice test regarding these subjects at one of ACT’s centres.

Understand Employer Organisations

Learners will take part in activities to support in their knowledge of:

 

  • the difference between Public, Private and Voluntary sectors

  • how to identify different organisational structures which best suit organisations.

 

Learners will then complete a multiple choice test regarding these subjects at one of ACT’s centres.
