EAL Level 4 Diploma in Project Management

The EAL Level 4 Diploma in Project Management will be delivered through a blended learning approach over a planned duration of 21 months. The programme is designed to enable learners to develop and demonstrate knowledge, skills and behaviours through the delivery of complex workplace projects aligned to their job role and organisational objectives.

The qualification consists of eight mandatory units which are assessed through workplace-based evidence, professional discussions, reflective accounts, project documentation and other assessment methods appropriate to the learner's role and responsibilities. Learning and assessment activities are integrated throughout the programme to support the generation of naturally occurring evidence from live project activity.
