Level 3 - City & Guilds Diploma in Business Administration

Principles of Administration

Learners will take part in activities to support in their knowledge of:

  •  Office services, procedures and managing workflows

  •  Workplace Legislation

  • Supporting business events

  • Business meeting structures and taking minutes

  • Supervise an administrative team

 

Learners will then complete a multiple-choice test regarding

these subjects at one of ACT’s centres.

Principles of Business Communication & Information

Learners will take part in activities to support in their knowledge of:

• Why is it useful to recognise skills and behaviours used to negotiate in business?

• What processes are in place to create professional bespoke business documents?

• Analyse information systems in a business environment

• Recognise and apply techniques to deliver a variety of workplace presentations

 

Learners will then complete a multiple choice test regarding these subjects at one of ACT’s centres.

Principles of Business

Learners will take part in activities to support in their knowledge of:

 

  • Understand business markets and how they shape the sectors they operate within

  • Appreciate the need for business innovation and determine a logical process for success

  • Research the benefits of financial management and understand terminology used

  • Identify uses for budgets and learn how to manage one

  • Explain the principles of sales and marketing

 

Learners will then complete a multiple choice test regarding these subjects at one of ACT’s centres.
