Learners will take part in activities to support in their knowledge of:
• Why is it useful to recognise skills and behaviours used to negotiate in business?
• What processes are in place to create professional bespoke business documents?
• Analyse information systems in a business environment
• Recognise and apply techniques to deliver a variety of workplace presentations
Learners will then complete a multiple choice test regarding these subjects at one of ACT’s centres.
